Rather I used some other prepaid card instead PP prepaid card by add with PayPal. For example: my one cousin use PayPal prepaid card from USA and I said how you got it? He just told me, it is simple process like need to apply only by few steps. And same restriction not from all countries. As per as I know they need many documents for sending document.

For example: From my country it is not possible by verification purpose. But unfortunately PayPal do not bear this card easily for any countries.
